Kaarten zijn essentieel voor historisch OSINT-onderzoek omdat ze helpen bij het lokaliseren, dateren en begrijpen van foto\u2019s, documenten, gevechten en terrein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geschikt voor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lokaliseren van oude foto\u2019s en filmbeelden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vergelijken van historische en moderne landschappen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>onderzoek naar stafkaarten, verdedigingswerken en frontlijnen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyseren van hoogteverschillen, spoorlijnen, wegen, bruggen en waterlopen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koppelen van archiefbronnen aan exacte locaties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onderzoekstip:<br>Let op kaartdatum, schaal, legenda en projectie. Een kaart uit 1944 laat niet automatisch de situatie van 1940 zien.
